Tall panettone molds are an indispensable accessory for the artisanal and industrial production of panettone. Made of certified non-stick food paper, they are designed to withstand high oven temperatures up to 220°C.
Thanks to their structure, the molds perfectly maintain the shape of the panettone during the leavening and baking phase, without the need for additional metal supports. This ensures a finished product with a neat and professional appearance, ready for sale or gift wrapping.
Practical, hygienic and disposable, the moulds allow clean and safe processing in compliance with food regulations. They are available in different weights (500 g, 750 g, 1 kg, 1.5 kg, 2 kg) to adapt to all production needs.
