How to choose between tray, plate and cone
For fries, fried fish and street snacks choose paper or PE-coated board cones. For portions of fried food and street food the FOLD trays; for hot dogs and burgers the HOT DOG trays and PHILLY holders; for starters, fried food and platters the micro-flute board trays J, F and S models; for pizza, cakes and catering the round, square and slice plates.
Solid board or micro-flute?
Solid board
Light and ideal for full colour print with solid background: it is the material of cones, FOLD trays, hot dog trays and plates, often PE-coated or laminated to resist grease and heat.
Micro-flute board
With an inner flute, it is stiffer and can hold more structured preparations: it is the material of the J, F and S trays, self-erecting and supplied flat to save space. They are customised with digital print, without solid backgrounds.
