Wholesalers

The ability to register and be part of the Wholesalers program is available to all retailers of packaging, packaging, or food raw materials, etc.
Below you will find a short and simple summary document to steal as little time as possible.

General

• The Wholesalers program is dedicated exclusively to a registered company and that can prove at any time that the products, ordered on packaging-online.it, are sold to third parties ("end customer").
• Packaging-online has the right to terminate any registered collaboration with the Wholesalers program without a necessary reason.

Discounts

• Have you seen a product on Packaging-online.it with a greater discount than the one visible on your Wholesaler account? Then the biggest discount is provided.
  In any case, the largest discount always applies.
• Extra special discounts are valid only at all times until the expiry date of the offer, and cannot be applied to a subsequent order. No discount is retroactive.
• Coupons, discount codes, vouchers etc. cannot be combined with the Reseller discount.
• It is not possible to calculate a discount on another discount.

Service

• Our consultant accounts are always available during working days from 8.00 to 17.00.
• Quotes can only be requested by Packaging-online.it or by email, We can not provide quotes over the phone.
• Graphics files that have been uploaded to Packaging-online.it must be of high quality to allow them to be printed, as described in the technical specifications and in our available templates.

Payment

• Packaging-online requires all customers to make payment before an order is processed and put into production.
• Packaging-online can change the available payment options and terms and conditions.

How to join the Wholesalers program?

Below you will find the basic steps for creating your Wholesaler account.

• To get started you will need to create a normal account on our portal.
  (if you have not already done so, please click on the Register button in the menu on the Home page and follow the required steps.)

• Once you have registered, we invite you to send an email by clicking on this link to request registration in the wholesaler category, indicating useful information about your activity and the work you have done. (Documents may be required to support the statements made)

• Once you have accepted the conversion of your account into a Wholesaler, you will see a flag by logging into the site with your credentials.
